ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration is the precise alignment of vehicle sensors, cameras, and radars. It is strictly required after a windshield replacement, collision repair, suspension work, or wheel alignment to ensure features like automatic emergency braking and lane-keeping assist function correctly. When your windshield is replaced, auto manufacturers require that you calibrate your sensors to make sure that they are correctly measuring and working properly. Failure to do this means that your sensors may not be working properly. We have state of the art equipment and the environment to accurately calibrate your sensors. Many auto shops do not offer the environment or even do this outdoors which is against most ADAS equipment manufacturers recommendation
If you are doing this through insurance, they will cover the cost of this calibration as they understand the safety issues. If you are paying out of pocket, we will work with you as we understand the cost savings you are looking for. Feel free to call us and ask about this process.
